100% recovery success is not guaranteed, and the actual effect is affected by factors such as the state of the storage medium and the degree of data coverage.

2.Use Restrictions

It is prohibited to use it for illegal purposes (such as recovering other people's private data, cracking encrypted files, etc.).

This Software shall not be decompiled, modified or commercially resold.

III. User Obligations

1.Legal Use

Users must ensure that the recovered files belong to themselves or have obtained legal authorization, and shall not infringe on the privacy, copyright and other rights of others.

2.Data Backup Responsibility

This Software does not replace regular backups, and this Software is not responsible for data loss caused by failure to back up.

III.Privacy and Data Security

Default local operation: All scanning and recovery operations are completed locally on the user's device, and data will not be uploaded to the server.

Integrated external services follow their own privacy policies.

IV.Disclaimer

Compatible with all devices or operating systems.

2.Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for compensation for the consequences of secondary data loss, device damage, etc. caused by the use of this software.

V.Agreement Modification and Termination

1. Terms Update

We may revise this agreement and notify users through in-app announcements or emails.

3.Termination Rights

Users may uninstall this software at any time; we have the right to stop service to users who violate the rules.
